Our clothing items are all brand new and of perfect Grade A quality. If we do offer any Grade B items, we will clearly indicate that these goods are Grade B.
If any item is found to be defective, we will exchange it at no cost, issue a credit, or provide a refund if the item is no longer in stock, once we have received the faulty item. Please refer to our returns policy.
There is no minimum order requirement. Styles are sold in ratio packs. You can purchase just one ratio pack of any style.

Ex-chainstore” refers to clothing that was initially produced for a large high street chain but had its order canceled, often due to late delivery. As a result, we can sell these items to our wholesale customers at a significantly reduced price compared to what the original manufacturer charged the chain store that placed the order
Store labels are removed, cut, or blacked out to comply with the requirements of chain stores. This is done to safeguard the intellectual property rights of the original high street chain and to prevent unauthorized returns. Labels may be removed by the manufacturer or by us prior to sale; however, errors can occur. Therefore, it is the responsibility of our customers to ensure that all labels and tags identifying the original manufacturer are removed before resale. Goods initially created for chain stores, brands, or online retailers are supplied under the strict condition that all labels and tags are removed before resale, and no references to the original store group are made during the selling process.
We do not display chain store tags on our website, as they may be protected by copyright; however, we typically have a sample of each style with its original labels and tags.
All clothing items include labels with washing instructions and fabric content information.

Products originally manufactured for chain stores, brands, or online retailers are supplied with the strict requirement that all labels and tags must be removed before resale, and no reference to the original store group should be made when selling them. It is the purchaser’s responsibility, as indicated on the sales invoice, to comply with these conditions. Some brand names may be licensed to a specific store group, designer, or manufacturer. In such cases, it is the customer’s duty to ensure that all kimbles and original labels that could identify the original manufacturer are removed before the items are sold.
We offer products that were initially manufactured for brands such as Adams, George at Asda, Autograph, Asos, Aware, Bay Trading, BHS, Bon Marche, Burton, Debenhams, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Gap, John Lewis, Jane Norman, Marks & Spencer, Miss Selfridge, Monsoon, Mothercare, New Look, Next, Per Una, Principles, Red Herring, River Island, Sainsbury’s (TU), Tesco (F&F), Topman, Topshop, Wallis, and many others.
Items not designated as ex-chainstore will be sold with appropriate labels and tags where applicable. However, some brand names may be licensed to specific store groups, designers, or manufacturers. In such instances, it is the customer’s responsibility to remove all kimbles and original labels that identify the intended recipient of the garment before selling it.
Our images are free of copyright restrictions, and you are permitted to use them for reselling the products.
We offer a straightforward 14-Day Returns Policy on all purchases. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, even if there’s no defect, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it’s in its original condition.
Please note that items returned without all original components may not qualify for a refund (unless they are faulty). Additionally, a 15% restocking fee may apply to returns unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. However, regular customers with whom we have a strong relationship are exempt from this fee.
For orders cancelled after processing but before shipment, a 15% restocking fee may also apply.

Each order is carefully inspected by our warehouse team to ensure there are no shortages or damages. By signing the delivery note, you confirm that the correct quantity has been received.
In the rare event of a missing item, please inform us immediately via email, and we’ll make every effort to replace or refund the missing item. Claims for missing items must be reported within three days of delivery.
For any damaged items, please notify us within two weeks of receiving your order.
All UK deliveries are subject to VAT. Prices listed exclude VAT at the current rate of 20% on adult clothing, while children’s wear remains VAT-free. Any applicable VAT will be calculated and added during checkout. For customers in EU countries outside the UK: if your delivery is outside the UK, please provide a valid VAT number when creating your account to avoid VAT charges. If you forgot to include your VAT number during account setup, just notify us, and we’ll add it to your account to waive VAT. For customers outside the EU, please note that you may be responsible for any import taxes applicable in your country.
If your order is being shipped directly to the destination country using our courier, and the invoice address matches the destination country, VAT will not be charged when you place your order.
If, however, we are shipping to a UK address and you are arranging for onward shipping abroad, VAT will be applied at checkout.
We can refund the VAT if the following conditions are met:
1. The invoice address reflects the delivery address in the destination country, not a UK address.
2. You provide us with proof of shipment from your shipping provider. This must include an SOE8 declaration and either a “customs departure message” or an “entry advice after departure.”
For customers using their own shipping company, the Proof of Shipment must include the following:
– Our name and address as the goods supplier
– Our invoice or order number
– A description of the goods
– Date the goods were shipped
– Full name and export address of the recipient
– Name and address of the shipping agent
– The agent’s official stamp
You can pay via PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, or direct bank transfer. If you choose direct bank transfer, our bank details will be provided at checkout. Please note that orders will be processed once funds have cleared in our account. If payment is not received within one week, the order will be automatically cancelled.
We strive to dispatch all orders within 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a notification from us. For UK customers, our goods are sent via next-day delivery, meaning you should receive your items by 6 pm the following day. Kindly avoid calling to track your order on the day after dispatch!
Processing: We’re currently picking and packing your order.
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled.
Completed: Your order has been dispatched. In the UK, expect next-day delivery. For European orders, delivery typically takes 4-5 days.

When you’re logged in, the cart will save your items on the system. However, items in your cart aren’t “reserved,” meaning some may sell out before you finish your purchase.
We strive to provide you with a balanced assortment of all listed sizes.
1. Packs with up to 3 size ratios: In the rare instance that one size is unavailable, you will be notified and given the option to accept or cancel the item.
2. Packs with 4-6 size ratios: If one size is missing, we will substitute it with an item in a different size. Should more than one size be missing, you will be informed and can choose to accept or cancel the item.
3. Packs with 7 or more size ratios: If up to three sizes are missing, we will fill the pack with items in alternative sizes. If more than three sizes are missing, you will receive a notification and have the option to accept or cancel the item.
